Brothers and Sisters is the first episode of SEE’s second season. It aired on August 27, 2021.

Synopsis

Baba ventures into hostile territory in search of Haniwa. Queen Kane consecrated a new Payan capital and makes a surprising announcement.

Plot

A month has passed since Baba Voss rescued Kofun from the House of Enlightenment and set out to rescue Haniwa from Trivantes. He attacks a Trivantian border patrol to steal their armor in an attempt to infiltrate the city. He tells Kofun and Paris to wait seven days for his return.

Edo Voss holds Haniwa captive, but she is hidden even from the Trivantian rulers. He entrusts her care to his subordinate, Lieutenant Wren who fears that smuggling a Sighted person into the city is not a wise move.

Queen Kane and Princess Maghra lead their army to Pennsa, a city in the Payan kingdom ruled over by Lord Harlan. Queen Kane consecrated the city as the new capital of Paya, much to Lord Harlan's concern. She also makes a shocking announcement about herself, and the destruction of Kanzua.

Haniwa discovers a secret about Wren and attempts to escape, but cannot bring herself to kill her jailer. Baba Voss successfully infiltrated Trivantes and attempts to rescue Haniwa, but events lead to a confrontation with his brother, Edo.
